1. Booking
A booking is reserved when you receive a booking code. It is confirmed only after payment and confirmation from the boat operator.
2. Payment
Payment is made via WhatsApp chat with Togean Ticket. The amount due is the total shown on your booking.
3. Availability and refunds
If the boat operator cannot carry you, the amount you paid is refunded in full.
4. Times
All times are local time (WITA, UTC+8). Bookings close 6 hours before departure.
